UPSA Students Hostel Portal

The UPSA students hostel portal was developed by the university’s authorities as the school’s comprehensive hostel management portal to help students register, book accommodation, bed registration and pay their hostel fees. Students can access the University of Professional Studies hostel portal via upsahostels.com.

UPSA Hostel Registration Process

  1. Visit the UPSA hostel portal at upsahostels.com
  2. Click on Register for Hostel link. Note: if you do not have an account on the hostel application.
  3. Enter your username (which is your student ID) and an email address
  4.  Your password credentials and other correspondence will be sent to this email) so ensure you can still access the email.
  5. Log into your email and click on the link sent to you.
  6. Enter a password of your choice. You will be redirected to the login screen when the password is successful.

How to login to UPSA Students Hostel Portal

  1. Visit the UPSA hostel portal at upsahostels.com
  2. Enter your username (i.e. your student ID) and password which you created during the initial registration.
  3. Click on the Sign In button will send you to your student Dashboard

How to Reset UPSA Hostel Portal Password

  1. Click on “I Forgot My Password” on the login page.
  2. Enter your email in the text box provided. (The email should be the email you provided during your registration or your student email given by the school).
  3. Click on the link received which should redirect you to the hostel application asking for a password reset.
  4. Enter a password as you require.
  5. Click on the button to send you to the login page so you can login.

How to verify your UPSA hostel details

The UPSA hostel verification process allows to students to cross-check the accuracy of the submitted information to the hostel authorities. Follow the procedures below to check your details.

  • If the Student ID entered on the registration form is correct and active, the student should receive both SMS and email with OTP (One Time PIN).
  • Enter Student ID on the verification form at their respective fields.
  • Tap “Validate” to complete the registration.
  • If the OTP is correct, you will receive your password through both email and SMS.

How to Book Accommodation with UPSA Hostel Portal

Below are the

  1. Login Hostel Portal Or Access Direct URL: https://upsa.edu.gh/students/hostels/
  2. Click on Book Accommodation to Login
  3. Select the Hostel of your choice (Note that the Hostels display the rooms available and their respective rates.)
  4. Select the room, followed by the bed of your choice.
  5. Read and accept the rules and regulations of the Hostels. Feel free to cancel your booking if you do not agree or accept the rules and regulations.
  6. View your bill and approve your bed reservation.

  1. Please i wanted four in a room and i booked 2 in a room, but i can’t afford 2 in a room so i wanted to cancel it and registration again. How do I cancel my current booking.
