The UEW student portal is a comprehensive online portal used by all University of Education, Winneba students for all academic-related activities. The portal allows students to carry out the following activities online via the UEW ITS student portal.

How to Access UEW Student Portal

Visit the UEW Website: https://www.uew.edu.gh/
Navigate and Tap on ITS Student Portal
Enter your Student Number and PIN

Steps to register for a course on UEW Student Portal

Login to the UEW student portal via: https://itsapp.uew.edu.gh/
In some cases tap on Advanced, then proceed
Enter your Student Number and PIN
Navigate to the left blue box that reads “Student Web”
Find the link titled “Registration”
Tap and read the Rules and Regulations, then click “I accept”
NB: Please note that failure to do this will result in you getting error messages when you attempt to register for your courses. These error messages will appear until you come back to accept the rules and regulations.
1. Click on “Submit Registration” to access your names, programme, and courses for which you would be registering to appear.
2. Select the courses you will be offering for the semester. Note that some courses are compulsory and some are elective courses.
3. Scroll down to select Save and Continue
4. Select Continue from the newly opened page.
5. Preview the summary of the courses you have selected. Then, “Accept Registration”
6. Select Proof of Registration – PDF and Tap on the document.
7. Download the File Print out 2 copies and send them to your department for endorsement and keep one copy.

How to Recover UEW Student Number

Visit the UEW ITS Student Portal
On the login page, Click on forgot student number.
on the next page select the identification type to be used for recovery (ID Number, Passport Number, email address)
Enter the selected identification number in the ID Number input field.
Click on the search button.
Wait for the system to retrieve your Student Number.
Check your email inbox.
Congratulations, you have successfully recovered your student number
