NSSF Registration

You can register for NSSF service by following the steps below

• Access the NSSF registration portal via https://selfservice.nssf.or.ke/
• Click on the member registration link located in the navigation
• Complete the registration required information
• Click on the save button

How to register for NSSF using Shortcode

You can register for the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) self-service by dialing *303*1# on your phone.

NSSF Portal login

Log into your NSSF portal using the steps below

• Access the NSSF self care portal link
• Enter your username and password
• Click on the login button
• Wait for the system to authenticate and redirect to the dashboard

NSSF Employer Activation

You can activate your NSSF user account after completing the registration process using the steps below

• Access the NSSF account activation page
• Enter your Username and Password
• Enter your Encoded NSSF Pin Key obtained from the NSSF Branch Office
• Click on the activate button

How to Pay NSSF Contribution using M-Pesa

You can pay for your NSSF contribution using M-Pesa using the steps below

1. Go to M-Pesa
2. Select Lipa Na M-Pesa
3. Select Paybill
4. Enter Paybill 333300
5. Enter your Account Number (i.e Your NSSF Number)
6. Enter Amount
7. Enter your M-Pesa Pin
8. Press OK

How to Check Your NSSF Account Statement

You can check your NSSF account statement using the self care portal

1. Access eservice.nssfkenya.co.ke
2. Enter your Username and Password
3. Click on the Login button

How to check my nssf number via sms

You can check your nssf number by sending an sms with the content “Type NSSF, NSSF No, Date of Birth, Full Names” to 1677 on your phone.

Go to the main menu on your mobile phone and compose a message At the message space, type ‘ID’, a space followed by the ID number or the Passport number if applicable. For example, ID 12345678. Send the message to 21101. You’ll receive a message after your NHIF account status has been processed.

Access NSSF Mobile Application

You can download and use the NSSF mobile app to access all eservices online by following the guidelines below

1. Go to the Google Play Store Application on your mobile
2. Search for NSSF
3. Click on Download
4. Install the application on your phone
5. Press Open to launch the application
6. Create offline credentials
7. Enter a Username and Password of your choice
8. Create your offline credentials
9. Press the Save Offline Login” button

How to recover forgotten NSSF number

In case you have forgotten your password, you can visit the NSSF account login page

• Click the lost password link
• Fill in the required fields
• Click on the reset button

NB: You must have activated your nssf account to be able to reset the password
