KUCCPS Admission Letters

KUCCPS Admission Letters. All candidates that have been given a KUCCPS placement into various Universities and Colleges by the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS)  are required to download and print their admission letters and complete the admission process with their respective institutions of placement. In this post, we shall look at how to download your admission letter based on your school of placement.

University of Nairobi KUCCP admission letters

Candidates placed in the University of Nairobi can download their admission letter online with the following guidelines:

1. Access the placement portal via www.smis.uonbi.ac.ke
2. Enter your Username (NB: Username is your registration number)
3. Enter your password (Note: Password is your KCSE Index No or Use your National ID)
4. Click on the login button
5. Wait for the portal to authenticate and redirect you to the download page
6. Download your admission letters and all related forms like the letter of acceptance form (J1/1A), Medical Examination form (J1/3), Accommodation form (J1/7A) e.tc
7. Fees should be paid at the UoN finance office
8. Download and fill out all these forms and return them as required.

Kenyatta University KUCCPS Admission Letter

Follow the guidelines below to download the Kenyatta University Admission letter

1. Access the Kenyatta University Admission Letter page
2. Enter your KCSE Index number in the format 0123456789/2023 where 0123456789 is the index number and 2023 is your KCSE year
3. Click the log in button
4. Wait for the portal to authenticate and redirect you to the download page
5. Download your admission form and fill out all these forms and return them as required

Egerton University Kuccps Admission Letters

1. Log into Egerton University Admission Portal
2. Enter your Application Details, i.e For KUCCPS Students use your KCSE index Number (00000000000/2023) while For Diploma and Self Sponsored students use the student number sent to you via SMS.
3. Browse to the Admission Letter section to download and print your admission letter.

Kisii University Kuccps Admission Letters

1. Log in to Kisii University Self Care Portal  via www.selfcare.kisiiuniversity.ac.ke
2. Click on the update profile button
3. Enter your KCSE index number and click on the validate button
4. Confirm your phone number
5. Go back to the Kisii university selfcare portal
6. Enter your university email address and your KCSE index number 2023 as the password.
7. Click on login to request a verification link.
8. Enter your university email and click on login.
9. In your inbox click on verification mail.
10. Once you have verified your email address you will be redirected to your selfcare account.

Maasai Mara University (MMARAU) Kuccps Admission Letters

Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) KUCCPS Admission Letters

Follow these guidelines to download your JKUAT admission letter.

• Visit the JKUAT  admission letter portal admission.jkuat.ac.ke
• First, fill out the form to create an account
• Log in and fill out the required information
  • Personal data –  Step 1
  • Course details – Step 2
  • Academic details – Step 3
  • supportive documents – Step 4
• Once you finish updating your details you can now download JKUAT admission letter and other documents

Moi University  Kuccps Admission Letters

You can download Moi University admission letter online using the online admission portal.

Enter your KCSE index number and download your admission letter.

Maseno University Kuccps Admission Letters

• Log into Maseno University Admission Portal 
• Enter your application Details (user name and password or index number).
• Browse to the Admission Letter section to download and print your admission letter

  2. Browse to  Applicants / New Students page
  3.  Enter your KCSE  index number in the format 01234567001/2023 where 01234567001 is the index number and 2023 is your KCSE year
  4. Browse to the Admission Letter section to download and print your admission letter

TUK Kuccps Admission Letters

• Visit the TUK Admission Portal via www.admissions.tukenya.ac.ke
• Log in with your username and password or KCSE index number.
• Browse to the Admission Letter section to download and print your admission letter

University of Eldoret (UoE) KUCCPS Admission Letter

• log into the University of Eldoret Admission Portal
• Select your year of admission eg.2023.
• Enter your index number in the format 0123456789/2023 where 0123456789 is the index number and 2023 is your KCSE year.
• Browse to the Admission Letter section to download and print your admission letter

Zetech University Kuccps Admission Letters

Download your Zetech University admission letter online through the student admission portal link  www.zetech.ac.ke

Karatina University Kuccps Admission Letters
