HTU Admission Requirements 2024
To be eligible for admission to Ho Technical University, you must meet the following requirements:
Entry Requirements
Master’s degree Programmes:
You must possess a minimum of Second Class Lower in a related field of study.
Bachelor’s degree programmes
HND and Equivalent Diplomas
You must possess a minimum of second class lower in a related Field of study. Successful applicants will be admitted into level 300
WASSCE Holders
Credit Passes (A1-C6) in six (6) subjects including English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science/Social Studies plus three (3) relevant elective subjects
TVET Certificate Holders
I. Certificate II holders: Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science plus three (3) relevant trade courses
II. Technician Part III Holders
IV. GBCE Holders
Six (6) GBCE credits including English, Business Mathematics and Integrated Science/Social Studies.
HND Programmes:
WASSCE Holders
Passes (a1-d7) in six (6) subjects including English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science/Social Studies plus three (3) relevant elective subjects
TVET Certificate Holders
Certificate II holders: Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science or Social Studies plus three (3) relevant trade courses
Technician Part II Holders
IV. GBCE Holders
Five (5) GBCE credits including English, Business Mathematics and Integrated Science/Social Studies.
