How To Check University Of Ghana Admission 2024/2025. The University of Ghana admissions for the 2024/2025 academic year are now available via the University of Ghana admission portal. Successful applicants are to log in, download and print their University of Ghana admission letter as well as to make payments for their academic fees before the given deadline.

UG Admission List 2024/2025

Applicants who were given admission will receive text messages on the phone number provided during the completion of the online application form. However, if you did not receive a text message, follow the guide below to check your University of Ghana – UG admission status.

  1. To check your admission in your regular UG, Legon Admission list. First visit the online UG, Legon Admission list and Admission status checker portal;  https://apply.ug.edu.gh/admissions/admissionstatus
  1. Then enter your surname and serial number
  2. Afterwards, click on the “search button” to search for your name in the UG Legon admission list and to know your admission status
  3. If you see “No Admission Information Found” it means you were not given admission.
  4. If you were given admission, You can then access your UG Legon regular undergraduate admission status on the admission list that shows
  5. If your name is on the regular admission list, you can then proceed to print your UG Legon Admission Letter.
  6. You will need your serial number and pin you used during the application process in order to print your letter.

  1. Print a copy of your Admission Letter to be sent to the school on the reopening
  2. Then Pay your required fees at the designated banks bank(s) listed in your Admission Letter to accept your offer.

11. Failure to pay the required fees on the stipulated date means you have forfeited the admission.

  1. To check your admission in your distance UG Admission list. First, visit the online  Admission list and Admission status checker portal; https://apply.ug.edu.gh/admissions/admissionstatus  
  1. Enter your surname and serial number
  2. Afterwards, click on the “search button” to search for your name in the UG Legon admission list and to know your admission status
  3. If you see “No Admission Information Found” it means you were not given admission.
  4. If you were given admission, You can then access your UG Legon distance admission status on the admission list that shows
  5. If your name is on the distance admission list, you can then proceed to print your UG Legon Admission Letter.
  6. You will need your serial number and pin you used during the application process in order to print your letter.

The University Of Ghana (UG) Legon sandwich admission list has been released for the academic year.

  1. To check your admission in your sandwich UG, Legon Admission list. First visit the online UG , Legon Admission list and Admission status checker portal;

    https://apply.ug.edu.gh/admissions/admissionstatus  

  1. Then enter your surname and serial number
  2. Afterwards, click on the “search button” to search for your name in the UG Legon admission list and to know your admission status
  3. If you see “No Admission Information Found” it means you were not given admission.
  4. If you were given admission, You can then access your UG Legon distance admission status on the admission list that shows
  5. If your name is on the distance admission list, you can then proceed to print your UG Legon Admission Letter.

How To Print UG Admission Letter

  1. To begin the admission letter printing procedures ,you should have checked your admission status on the UG, Legon admission list available on the UG, Legon admission status checker portal through the steps we have provided above.
  2. After checking your admission status on the University of Ghana admission status checker portal there will be an option to print your admission letter if the option to print the UG Legon admission letter is not available.
  3.  Visit the online UG Legon Admission Letter checker portal https://apply.ug.edu.gh/admissions/undergrad/login
  4. Enter your serial number and PIN used during the application process
  5. Afterwards, you will see the option to print your Admission Letter
  6. Print a copy of your Admission Letter to be sent to the school on the reopening
  7. Then Pay your required fees at the designated banks bank(s) listed in your Admission Letter to accept your offer.
  8. Failure to pay the required fees on the stipulated date means you have forfeited the admission.

NOTE: The following guidelines above apply to all applicants including undergraduate, diploma, distance, postgraduates, Law applicants, Medical applicants, and International students.
